    Why This Topic? Because It’s My Life

    After playing Division 1 college soccer for most of my life, I’m no stranger to structure, discipline, and pushing myself physically. But post-soccer life introduced a new challenge which was finding wellness routines that felt sustainable and joyful without giving up the spontaneity that makes life feel full. That’s where Lagree came in. I became certified not just because I love the workout, but because it reminded me of how powerful and connected my body could feel again.

    At the same time, I’ve loved discovering London’s social scene—whether it’s rooftop bars in Shoreditch, cozy dinners in Notting Hill, or dancing until the early hours with friends. That blend of movement, mindfulness, and celebration became my ideal lifestyle.
